Why our brain state matters and how we can calm down our brain’s stress response

In this session we will learn that the most important brain state is that of the adult or helper. We share our brain state so if we are calm we can calm and regulate others. We have the ability to regulate our own physiology through activities like breathing, movement, touch and connection. Having a regulated brain is key to helping others regulate their brain.
